Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the design and implementation of scalable data architectures to support evolving business requirements.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and understanding of data engineering best practices.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align data strategies with organizational goals.

Continuously evaluate and improve data processing workflows to increase efficiency and reliability.

Professional Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).

Experience in building and optimizing data pipelines and ETL processes.

Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and data quality assurance.

Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and distributed computing frameworks.

Ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and implement effective solutions.

Understanding of data storage systems and database management.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
