Data Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Engineer/Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, and ETL development. The ideal candidate should come from a Product-Based Company or GCC environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have experience building scalable data platforms on Azure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows.
• Develop robust data solutions using Python, SQL, and OOPs principles.
• Lead data engineering initiatives and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
• Implement data quality, observability, monitoring, and governance best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions.
• Build and maintain Azure-based data platforms and data integration solutions.

Mandatory Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
• Strong hands-on coding experience in Python.
• Advanced expertise in SQL and database optimization.
• Strong experience in ETL/Data Pipeline Development.
• Sound understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts.
• Experience with Azure Data Services.
• Knowledge of Data Observability and Monitoring frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Background

• Experience working in Product-Based Organizations or Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
• Prior experience as a Technical Lead or leading data engineering projects.
• Strong problem-solving and architectural skills.
