Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data engineering pipelines using Python and PySpark.
- Develop and optimize ETL/ELT workflows for processing large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
- Work with Apache Spark/PySpark for distributed data processing and transformation.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and GraphQL APIs for data services and application integration.
- Deploy and manage data applications and services using Kubernetes.
- Work with Kubernetes concepts such as pods, deployments, services, secrets, config maps, and containerization.
- Develop efficient SQL queries and perform data extraction, transformation, and validation.
- Troubleshoot application and data pipeline issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with Data Architects, Developers, DevOps, and business teams to deliver scalable data solutions.
- Monitor pipeline performance and optimize jobs for reliability, scalability, and performance.
