Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer with hands-on experience in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering and be open to migrating from SSRS to Power BI. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage data reporting and visualization tasks effectively while adapting to new technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain SSRS reports to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform data analysis and ensure data integrity and accuracy in reporting.
- Assist in the migration of reporting solutions from SSRS to Power BI.
- Optimize existing reports for performance and usability.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for SSRS reports and data-related issues.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering and reporting.
Mandatory Skills:
- Proven experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
- Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Power BI and experience in migrating reports from SSRS to Power BI.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and practices.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
