As a Data Engineer - Specialist - Analytics as Service - Operate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients by streamlining operations, reducing costs, and enhancing efficiency through managed services. Within our Managed Services practice, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, and optimizing processes to deliver exceptional value to our clients. As a Specialist, you will provide technical know-how, conduct in-depth analyses, and offer input and support to specific projects, driving continuous improvement and optimizing managed services processes, tools, and services. Responsibilities

• Should have experience working with Basic SQL Server or DB2.
• Supporting managed services by optimizing processes and tools to enhance client operations
• Conducting in-depth analyses to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
• Managing delivery teams and programs to achieve operational excellence and meet client expectations
• Designing and implementing automation frameworks to streamline business processes
• Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and execute project plans that align with client objectives
• Utilizing technical skills in data quality automation and workflow automation to improve service delivery
• Engaging in continuous process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and performance
• Applying project management techniques to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Monitoring operational performance and implementing strategies for risk management and mitigation
• Providing specialized advice and support for business transformation and digital initiatives What You Must Have
• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 0.6 years of experience
