About this role
We re looking for experienced Data Engineers with around 8-10 years of relevant experience, along with strong communication skills.
The preferred combination is:
- 1 Data Engineer with DBT and Snowflake experience
- 1 Data Engineer with SnapLogic, DBT, and Snowflake experience
Please find the detailed job description below:
- Design and develop SnapLogic pipelines to extract data from APIs and ingest it into Snowflake, ensuring robust, production-standard, end-to-end data integration workflows.
- Build, optimize, and maintain dbt models for data transformation, standardization, and curation across analytical layers.
- Demonstrate strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, including data ingestion patterns, schema design, performance optimization, and support for downstream analytics use cases.
- Orchestrate and schedule SnapLogic and dbt workflows using Airflow, ensuring reliable execution, dependency management, and operational monitoring.
- Use GitHub code repositories effectively for code management, collaboration, and deployment workflows, with strong awareness of version control best practices such as branching, merging, and change tracking.
- Implement production-ready engineering practices, including error handling, logging, scheduling, monitoring, and job reliability for data pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business and reporting requirements into efficient, maintainable, and reusable data engineering solutions.
- Should be able to make Efficient use of AI tools in the day to day development activities.
