Data Engineer Role

Summary: This role involves a Data Engineer with 5 to 7 years of experience in data engineering, focusing on data integrity, ETL processes, and reporting for Global Banking Operations (GBO). The primary goal is to ensure accurate and timely information through data-driven insights. Location: Bangalore Mode: Onsite Interview Mode: L1 will be virtual and Final round will be F2F.

Main Responsibilities:

• Developing, maintaining, and enhancing reports and dashboards for GBCR teams.
• Facilitating and optimizing data pipelines for GBCR reporting and operational systems.
• Monitoring data processes and resolving data quality issues.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand reporting and automation needs.
• Contributing to a decentralized team structure for cross-functional initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in data engineering.
• Proficiency in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and ETL processes.
• Strong skills in SQL and RDBMS.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science or related field.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Power BI and Alteryx for automation.
• Knowledge of regulatory report generation.
• Familiarity with Big Data technologies (e.g., Hive, Spark).
