About this role
We are looking for a
Data Engineer- Mid to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows, ensuring high data quality and seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams. Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in data engineering or related roles
- Strong experience in Python (Pandas, SQLAlchemy, Airflow operators, etc.)
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SQL
- Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT processes
- Familiarity with orchestration tools like Airflow or Prefect
- Experience in managing and optimising data workflows from ingestion to transformation
- Ability to build reusable data processing scripts for validation, enrichment, and formatting
- Knowledge of data quality and integrity practices through validation frameworks or custom logic
- Experience working with data warehouses such as PostgreSQL, Redshift, or BigQuery
- Ability to develop and maintain data models and materialised views
- Experience implementing automation for recurring data tasks, error logging, and alerts
- Proficiency in version control using Git
- Familiarity with Docker and virtual environments is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
