    • Build scalable data pipelines - Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and transformation logic using Python/PySpark, SQL, and modern analytics platforms such as Palantir Foundry.
    • Deliver actionable insights - Design and implement analytics models and visualizations that translate complex data into clear, business-ready insights.
    • Leverage AI technologies - Utilize Palantir AIP and generative AI to enhance analytics solutions, automate workflows, and improve user experiences where appropriate.
    • Embrace AI-assisted development - Use tools such as GitHub Copilot or equivalent to improve development efficiency while upholding high engineering standards.
    • Drive innovation - Evaluate new platform capabilities, develop prototypes, and help assess their applicability within our solution landscape.
    • Contribute to a global team - Collaborate across a geographically distributed development team to co-design and deliver high-quality solutions in an agile environment.

    • Python/PySpark proficiency - Hands-on experience using Python/PySpark for data engineering, analytics, or automation.
    • Strong SQL skills - Experience designing performant queries and data models, with a solid understanding of dimensional modeling and data warehousing concepts.
    • Collaborative development practices - Experience working with Git and Agile software delivery methodologies.
    • Global mindset - Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment alongside internal and external professionals.
    Nice to Haves
    • Experience building data pipelines specifically within Palantir Foundry.

    • Experience working with large datasets on enterprise data platforms and distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Hive, or Hadoop).
    • Experience using Palantir AIP or other AI/LLM frameworks to develop analytics applications.
    • Experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into analytics workflows.
    • Exposure to cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
