As a Data Engineer- Associate- Analytics- Operate, you will engage in managed services to support clients in streamlining operations, reducing costs, and enhancing efficiency. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills in project management, technology, and process optimization to deliver valuable services to clients. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be expected to adapt to diverse client needs and team dynamics, using these experiences as opportunities for growth. Responsibilities

• Supporting client engagement and project tasks within managed services to streamline operations and enhance efficiency
• Applying project management skills to transition and run services, focusing on continuous improvement and optimization
• Utilizing automation frameworks and tools to design and develop solutions that improve process performance
• Engaging in business process improvement initiatives to reduce costs and optimize workflows
• Collaborating with delivery teams to manage service levels and performance, confirming timely delivery of solutions
• Conducting process performance analysis to identify opportunities for operational excellence and risk management
• Participating in stakeholder engagement activities to gather insights and inform service delivery strategies
• Developing commercial awareness and understanding of business operations to drive value for clients What You Must Have
• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2+ years of experience in ETL, Advanced SQL, IBM Datastage
