Data Collection Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage end-to-end data collection activities.
• Supervise and coordinate data collection teams.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and quality.
• Monitor data collection progress and timelines.
• Validate data and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage databases and maintain data records.
• Prepare reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Use Microsoft Excel and digital data collection tools for data management.
• Manage GPS coordinates, geotagging, GIS and location-based data collection.
• Perform basic spatial data validation and map preparation.
• Train team members on data collection processes and SOPs.
• Ensure data privacy, confidentiality, and compliance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet project objectives.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency.
