Data Collection Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic Data Collection Executives to conduct field visits across Chennai and collect accurate data on ongoing residential and commercial real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit daily assigned locations / pincodes.
• Identify ongoing residential & commercial projects.
• Collect complete project details including builder name, project location, project status, configuration, pricing and contact details.
• Capture clear project/site photographs.
• Update collected information in the assigned data format/app.
• Ensure accurate and complete data collection within daily targets.
• Share daily field visit and data updates with the team.

Candidate Requirements

• Freshers and part-time candidates are welcome.
• Good communication and observation skills.
• Comfortable with field travel across Chennai.
• Smartphone required for photographs and data updates.
• Candidates interested in real estate, field research or market data collection are preferred.
