Data Center Operations Engineer- Remote

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain data center infrastructure, servers, storage, and network devices.
• Perform routine health checks, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.
• Manage backups, patching, system upgrades, and change activities.
• Ensure high availability, performance, security, and compliance of data center operations.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, network, and application teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain operational documentation and support disaster recovery activities.

Required Skills:

• Experience in data center operations and infrastructure support.
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, storage, and networking.
• Familiarity with monitoring, backup, and ticketing tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and communication skills.
