Data & BI Analyst (Business Intelligence Analyst)

We are looking for an analytical, detail-oriented Data & BI Analyst (Business Intelligence Analyst) to join our team in Thane, Mumbai across 3 open positions. In this role, you will be responsible for translating raw data into actionable business insights, building and maintaining interactive dashboards, and supporting business decision-making.

Work Shift: US Business Hours (Night Shift / US Alignment)
Location: Thane, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Dashboard & Report Development: Design, build, and maintain interactive BI dashboards, reports, and visual metrics using Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
• Data Analysis & Modeling: Extract, clean, and model structured and unstructured data from various relational databases and enterprise systems using complex SQL queries.
• Business Insights & Decision Support: Partner with US-based stakeholders and operational leadership to identify trends, KPIs, anomalies, and revenue opportunities through data storytelling.
• Data Quality & Governance: Validate data integrity, ensure high precision across reports, and troubleshoot discrepancies between raw data sources and BI outputs.
• Process Optimization: Automate recurring reporting workflows, streamline data pipelines, and continuously optimize SQL queries for enhanced performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, documenting analytical requirements and delivering ad-hoc analyses promptly.

Qualifications & Key Requirements

• Experience: Relevant hands-on experience of 3 years in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, and Data Visualization.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI / Tableau, Excel (Pivot tables, Advanced Formulas, VBA/Macros), and foundational knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts.
• Shift Flexibility: Willingness and capability to work aligned with US Business Hours (Night Shift).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact seamlessly with international stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
