Data Automation Engineer

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Intelligent Automation Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, UiPath, and AI-powered automation technologies. The candidate will design and implement next-generation automation solutions that combine traditional RPA capabilities with generative AI, AI agents, and enterprise copilots.

The ideal candidate should be capable of transforming business processes through Agentic AI, intelligent document processing, conversational automation, and end-to-end workflow orchestration.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Copilot Solutions

• Design and develop AI Agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Build enterprise copilots for Operations, Finance, Procurement, HR, and Supply Chain processes.
• Create grounded AI experiences leveraging enterprise knowledge sources.
• Develop prompt engineering frameworks and reusable AI components.
• Integrate Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities into business workflows.

UiPath Development

• Develop and maintain UiPath automations using standards and best practices.
• Modernize legacy automations using AI-assisted development techniques.
• Integrate Copilot-generated business insights into UiPath workflows.
• Build unattended and attended automation solutions.
