Job Summary

The CDQA Data Associate is responsible for researching and identifying the right decision-makers and relevant business contacts for B2B lead-generation campaigns. The role involves using multiple data sources and research tools to find accurate contact information while ensuring that the identified contacts meet the campaign's targeting criteria and client specifications.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify the right-party contacts (RPCs) based on campaign requirements.
• Use platforms such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, company websites, and other research/data tools to identify relevant contacts.
• Validate contact details including name, job title, seniority level, company, email, phone number, and other required fields and get the verification done through telecalling.
• Match contacts against the campaign's defined job titles, functions, seniority, geography, industry, company size, and target account lists.
• Conduct detailed web and company research when contact information is not readily available.
• Verify that the contact is relevant to the client's business requirements before moving the lead forward.
• Identify and avoid duplicate, incorrect, outdated, or irrelevant contacts.
• Follow campaign-specific SOPs and data-quality guidelines while conducting research.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency while working across multiple campaigns and data sources.
• Update research findings and contact information accurately in the relevant systems or trackers.
• Escalate data gaps, unclear targeting requirements, or difficult-to-validate contacts to the appropriate team member.
• Support the QA/CDQA process by ensuring that researched contacts are accurate and campaign-compliant.
