Data Architect

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable, secure, and high-performance data architectures
• Define and implement data models, data flows, and data storage strategies
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business teams to define data strategy and architecture
• Develop and maintain processes for data integration, transformation, and analytics
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability across systems
• Implement and enforce data governance, compliance, and security standards
• Support analytics, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives
• Optimize data systems for performance, scalability, and reliability

Required Skills Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Architect or in a similar data-focused role
• Strong expertise in:
  • Database design
  • Data warehousing concepts
  • Data modelling (logical and physical)
• Strong coding skills in:
  • Python
  • SQL
• Familiarity with big data tools and frameworks
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
