About this role
Role & responsibilities
We have an open requisition for a Data Architect on the Data team, reporting to the Director of Data.
Quick summary:
Experience: 12 to 17 years, data engineering/architecture
Core stack
AWS and Snowflake (expert level), plus Airflow/dbt Scope: data integration/CDC, pipelines, warehousing, dimensional modelling (Kimball), semantic/BI layer, and exposure to AI/ML data products Languages: expert-level SQL, Python, and PySpark Also looking for hands-on experience using AI development tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) for engineering productivity
Location: Remote (Permanent WFH), with 2 to 3 in-person team meetups in India per year
Nice to have: financial services / debt-settlement / consumer-finance background, GenAI/RAG or LLMOps exposure, AWS/SnowPro certifications
Preferred candidate profile
We are looking for a candidate with mandatory skills Python, Pyspark, AWS, Snowflake and Data Architect
