Role : Lead Data Engineer

Experience : 10-15 years

Location : Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Responsibilities :

• Strong Data Consultant with experience in assessing and transforming complex data landscapes and enterprise data environments.
• Analyze existing data systems, applications, data flows, workflows, integrations, and reporting processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Define current-state and target-state data architecture, including data platforms, models, integrations, governance, and security.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, practical data architecture and technical solutions.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT, APIs, cloud data platforms, and modern data technologies.
• Assess data quality, lineage, ownership, duplication, accessibility, and overall data lifecycle.
• Design and recommend solutions across platforms such as Azure, Databricks, Fabric, Snowflake, or equivalent technologies.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, application teams, data engineers, and architects to drive solution design.
• Develop prototypes/POCs and provide technical guidance to development and implementation teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to bridge business needs and technical execution.
