Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of data architecture strategies that align with organizational objectives.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure data requirements are clearly understood and met.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

• Experience in designing scalable data models and managing data integration processes.
