Summary:
As a Data Architect, a typical day involves defining the data requirements and designing the structure necessary for the application. The position requires a thoughtful approach to organizing data flows and collaborating with different teams to align the data framework with the overall application goals, ensuring that the data infrastructure supports both current and future needs effectively.

Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of data architecture strategies to support project objectives.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on data requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of data architecture principles and best practices.

Professional Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques and database design principles.
- Experience with data storage solutions and integration methods.
- Ability to analyze complex data requirements and translate them into scalable architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data services and infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills related to data flow and system interoperability.
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Automation Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
