Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver projects focused on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of AI technologies, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proven experience driving complex projects from planning through deployment.

Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables for LLM and Generative AI initiatives.
• Develop detailed project plans and ensure adherence to milestones and deadlines.
• Monitor project progress and drive successful delivery. Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Product Managers, and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and alignment across teams.
• Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and dependencies.

Risk Management & Compliance

• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and Responsible AI guidelines.
• Maintain governance and process adherence throughout the project lifecycle.

Resource & Budget Management

• Allocate resources efficiently across multiple AI/ML projects.
• Track project budgets and optimize utilization of resources and costs.
• Manage project priorities and dependencies.

Quality Assurance

• Oversee testing, validation, and deployment of LLM-based applications.
• Ensure deliverables meet expected quality, performance, and accuracy benchmarks.
• Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in Project Management with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI concepts.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Knowledge of MLOps workflows and AI project delivery lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
• Experience in Prompt Engineering, Fine-tuning LLMs, or AI Product Development.
• Knowledge of Data Governance, Ethical AI, and Responsible AI practices.
• Prior experience managing AI/ML or GenAI implementation projects.
