Shift: Rotational Shift
Location: Chennai, Taramani

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and annotate chemistry-related images, technical diagrams, and laboratory datasets with high accuracy.
• Review, classify, and validate chemical, material science, and microscopy data according to defined quality standards.
• Generate daily performance and quality reports and share findings with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve data quality and process-related issues.
• Investigate and troubleshoot annotation discrepancies and manage incidents within defined SLAs.
• Follow SOPs, quality procedures, and documentation standards to ensure consistent project delivery.
• Perform basic image processing and labeling activities involving scientific and microscopy images.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Understanding of chemical structures, laboratory techniques, and scientific data interpretation.
• Familiarity with microscopy concepts such as SEM/TEM images is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in data annotation, image labeling, quality review, or scientific data analysis is an advantage.
• Good communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of SOP adherence, incident management, and quality processes.
