About The Role As a Senior Data & Analytics Specialist in our investment core team, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data-driven insights to drive strategic investment decisions. You will partner with portfolio managers, risk teams, and technology to develop advanced analytics solutions that optimize investment performance and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement complex data models and analytics frameworks tailored to investment strategies.
• Collaborate with business leaders to translate investment hypotheses into measurable analytics initiatives.
• Build predictive models and quantitative tools to assess portfolio risks, returns, and market trends.
• Lead data quality assurance and governance to ensure accuracy and integrity of investment data.
• Present actionable insights and visualizations to senior leadership to support decision-making.
• Manage data integration from multiple internal and external sources, ensuring real-time availability.
• Mentor junior analysts and foster a data-driven culture within the investment team.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or related fields.
• 7+ years of experience in data analytics within financial services, preferably investment management.
• Expert in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong knowledge of investment products, portfolio theory, and risk management.
• Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills to convey complex insights to business stakeholders.
