Role Overview

Drive the value and commercial potential of a large corporate data ecosystem by analyzing user behavior, identifying product-market fit, uncovering new use cases, and supporting the development of value-added data services.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data assets to identify high-value use cases and market opportunities.
• Evaluate product-market fit and recommend new data-driven offerings.
• Study user behavior and platform usage patterns to generate actionable insights.
• Track customer journeys from login to data consumption and export.
• Segment users and monitor engagement trends across client categories.
• Identify anomalies, churn risks, and potential data quality issues.
• Collaborate with Business and Product teams to enhance data delivery and customer value.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5-6 years of experience in Data Analytics, preferably within Fintech, B2B SaaS, or Data/Information Services domains.
