DATA Analytics - Trainer

Role Description: The Data Analytics Trainer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The trainer will design and deliver structured Data Analytics training programs, including lectures, hands-on labs and project-based learning, for learners at varying skill levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing course materials, updating content to reflect current tools and methodologies, conducting in-class training sessions and providing individual guidance and mentoring to learners. The role involves assessing learner performance through assignments, quizzes, and projects, giving constructive feedback, and maintaining training documentation and reports. The trainer will collaborate with other faculty and the management team to improve curriculum quality, support placement-focused initiatives and ensure that training outcomes align with industry expectations.

Qualifications:

• Candidates should possess strong Information Technology skills, including familiarity with Data Analytics concepts, tools and workflows.
• Candidates should possess Teaching Training, and Lecturing skills to deliver clear, engaging, and structured learning sessions.
• Candidates should possess Software Development skills relevant to data-driven applications, scripting, or integration with analytics tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, practical manner.
• Experience in designing or delivering IT or analytics-related courses, bootcamps, or corporate training programs is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field is beneficial.
• Hands-on experience with common Data Analytics tools and technologies (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python/R, Power BI tools) would be an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage classroom dynamics, and support diverse learners in an on-site environment.
