Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Data Reporting & Analytics / Data Science Consultant with strong expertise in advanced analytics, business intelligence, predictive modeling, and customer/member experience analytics. The ideal candidate will partner with senior stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into actionable analytics strategies and drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities & Experience

• Apply advanced analytics, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, segmentation, forecasting, and performance measurement to solve complex business problems.
• Bring 5+ years of experience in healthcare, member experience, customer experience, service operations, or related analytics domains.
• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, translating business challenges into actionable analytics strategies and influencing enterprise decision-making.
• Lead strategic analytics portfolios, programs, and large-scale initiatives, including prioritization, stakeholder management, and delivery of measurable outcomes.
• Design and implement KPI frameworks, scorecards, dashboards, and performance measurement strategies supporting operational and strategic decision-making.
• Conduct member experience analytics, including analysis of member effort, repeat callers, repeat complaints, service interactions, contact drivers, and operational performance.
• Apply Voice Analytics / Speech Analytics to call recordings and interaction data to identify friction points, contact drivers, and improvement opportunities.
• Leverage NLP and Text Analytics to analyze call transcripts, complaints, survey comments, and other unstructured data.
• Translate Voice Analytics and NLP insights into actionable recommendations and communicate findings effectively to senior leadership.
• Drive campaign analytics, audience segmentation, targeting, engagement measurement, and performance optimization.
• Develop compelling data stories and executive presentations, synthesizing complex analytical findings into concise and actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrate strong stakeholder management, consultation, relationship-building, and influencing skills within a highly matrixed environment.
• Connect analytical insights to member experience, operational, financial, and organizational outcomes.

Technical Skills

• SQL: Expert – 5+ years
• Python and/or R: Advanced to Expert – 5+ years
• Tableau / Power BI / equivalent BI tools: Advanced – 5+ years
• Microsoft Excel: Expert – 8+ years, including complex modeling, analysis, and reporting
• Predictive Modeling & Statistical Analysis: Advanced to Expert – 5+ years
• Natural Language Processing (NLP): Advanced – 3+ years
• Voice / Speech Analytics & Text Analytics: Advanced – 3+ years
• Data Visualization & Dashboard Development: Expert – 5+ years

Good to Have

• Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Continuous Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar problem-solving methodologies.
• Experience in survey research, complaint analytics, social listening, or qualitative research.
• Experience leveraging AI and Machine Learning to automate analysis, generate insights, or improve operational effectiveness.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Public Health, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
