We have multiple opportunities across Data Architecture, AI/ML Architecture, Technology & Solution Leadership, and Data Engineering, with a strong focus on delivering modern, scalable, and AI-enabled solutions for the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry.

We are looking for professionals who bring deep technology expertise, solutioning capabilities, customer engagement, and a passion for building and scaling technology capabilities.

Areas of opportunity include:

• Data Architects & Solution Architects – Modern data architecture, cloud data platforms, Data Engineering, Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, and enterprise data solutions.
• AI/ML Architects & Technology Leaders – AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, intelligent data solutions, and enterprise AI adoption.
• Data Technology & Solution Leadership – Customer-facing technology leadership, solution strategy, architecture governance, and shaping complex data transformation initiatives.
• Data Engineering & Analytics Leadership – Building engineering capabilities, leading complex engagements, developing technical talent, and driving delivery excellence.
• Data Governance & Management – Enterprise data governance, data quality, MDM, and modern data management solutions.
