Role Description HexaKnox Innovation Labs is hiring Data Analysts with 6 months to 3 years of experience to join our growing talent network. This is a full-time opportunity where selected candidates will be deployed on client projects based on their skills, experience, and business requirements. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decision-making. You will work with structured datasets to identify trends, generate reports, build dashboards, and provide actionable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, ensure data accuracy, and contribute to data-driven strategies that improve organizational performance. Qualifications • Any Graduate (Bachelor's degree in any discipline). • 6 months to 3 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a related field. • Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data visualization. • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. • Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and automation is an added advantage. • Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server. • Understanding of data cleaning, data validation, data modeling, and statistical analysis concepts. • Experience with ETL processes and business reporting is a plus. • Basic understanding of cloud data platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is beneficial. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. • Willingness to work on client projects and adapt to evolving business requirements.
