Role Overview We're looking for a highly analytical Data Analyst who enjoys building dashboards, finding patterns, solving operational problems, and helping teams make better decisions. This is not a reporting-only role. Your job is to build the operating system behind the company. You'll work closely with the founder to understand every part of the business—from marketing and sales to fulfilment and finance—and build dashboards, reports, automations, and insights that improve performance. - Build and maintain company dashboards
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
- Monitor company health metrics

- Can own data projects end to end Bonus if you've worked with SaaS, coaching businesses, agencies, or subscription-based businesses. What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days) Within your first three months, you will have built and owned:
- Finance Dashboard
- Marketing Dashboard
- Sales Dashboard
- Client Success Dashboard
- Executive KPI Dashboard You'll also establish automated reporting for the leadership team and become the go-to person for business insights. Salary: ₹5–8 LPA (depending on experience and demonstrated skills)Note : We care more about your ability to solve business problems than the number of years you've worked.
