Job Overview: Pension Bazaar is looking for a

Data Analyst to analyze business data, generate insights, prepare reports, and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong SQL skills, dashboarding experience, knowledge of Python, and prior exposure to

B2C Sales analytics .

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and insights
• Develop and maintain dashboards and MIS reports for business performance tracking
• Analyze B2C sales data, customer trends, and business performance metrics
• Write and optimize SQL queries using MySQL for data extraction and analysis
• Perform data cleaning, validation, and ensure data accuracy
• Create automated reports and improve reporting processes
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide analytical solutions
• Analyze key sales/business metrics and provide actionable insights
• Use Python for data analysis, data manipulation, and automation of reporting tasks

Key Requirements:

• Minimum

1 year of experience as a Data Analyst / Business Analyst / Analytics role

• B2C Sales experience is mandatory
• Strong hands-on experience with

MySQL & SQL queries

• Experience in creating dashboards and reports
• Good knowledge of

Python (Pandas, NumPy, data handling & automation)

• Experience with data visualization tools like

Power BI / Tableau preferred

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis)
• Ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful business insights
• Good communication skills
• Candidates from Tier 1 / Tier 2 colleges are mandatory 📩
