About the Role Healthcare data is messy, fragmented, and trapped in document-based systems. Your job is to fix that. You'll design and build the analytics layer on top of our MongoDB and Firebase infrastructure, turning distributed, unstructured healthcare data into structured, decision-ready insight. This is not a “pull a number into a chart” role. The work is defined by two things: getting the data model right — designing aggregation and transformation logic that makes inconsistent, document-based records trustworthy — and

making the output genuinely usable by non- technical clinical and operational stakeholders. A dashboard nobody understands is a dashboard that failed. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and operations to make sure your insights actually support clinical and operational decisions, not just look good in a deck.

What You’ll Do • Develop and maintain dashboards using data from MongoDB and Firebase. • Design aggregation queries and data transformations to structure patient and operational metrics. • Build clean, intuitive, visually effective dashboards for non-technical stakeholders. • Identify trends, anomalies, and performance gaps through data analysis. • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting systems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine reporting requirements and sharpen decision-making frameworks. • Document methodology, assumptions, and recommendations so the work is transparent and repeatable.

Must-Have Skills • 2–5 years in analytics, business intelligence, or data reporting roles. • Working knowledge of MongoDB, including aggregation pipelines and query optimization. • Experience working with Firebase / Firestore data structures. • Hands-on experience with a BI / dashboarding tool such as Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, or similar. • Strong understanding of data visualization principles and user-friendly design. • Ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insight.

Nice to Have • Experience working with healthcare or patient-related data. • Familiarity with healthcare operational workflows. • Basic knowledge of frontend visualization libraries.
