Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented

Senior Executive - Data Analyst who will focus on

analyzing sales data to drive business growth and improve revenue performance. The role involves

working closely with sales ,

marketing , and

business teams to uncover

insights, optimize funnels , and support

strategic decision-making .

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze sales data to identify trends, conversion gaps, and revenue opportunities that drive business growth.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key metrics such as lead conversion, revenue, and overall sales funnel performance with regular reporting.
• Dashboarding & Visualization: Build and maintain real-time dashboards to provide clear visibility into sales performance and KPIs.
• Sales Process Optimization: Collaborate with sales teams to identify bottlenecks, improve efficiency, and enhance pipeline performance through data-backed insights.
• Advanced Analytics & Automation: Perform cohort and pipeline analysis, forecasting, and automate reporting processes to improve accuracy and decision-making speed.

Skills we seek:

• Excellent communication and data presentation skills.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Solid understanding of sales metrics, funnels, and business KPIs
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights and problem-solving abilities to monitor performance.
