Our typical day: We are considered a Special Investigation Unit by 5 of the top 10 US health insurance companies and others helping with their audit of fraud and overpaid claims. Our revenue is outcome driven which means health insurance companies provide data only and do not pay any consulting cost or resource-based billing upfront; unlike typical consulting and services companies. So, we make money by finding money for our clients – in simple terms 'commission basis'. We produce algorithms and R&D accelerators that are intended to be used across multiple health insurance clients for the above business case.

About the role: We are looking for highly motivated analytics professional for the role of Business Analytics Consultant to join our team of data experts in US Health Care payment integrity. As a consultant, you will be required to generate useful outcomes from payer’s claims data and policies.

Skillsets: The ideal candidate will have – 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a data analyst, with a proven track record of delivering data-driven insights and solutions to clients. 2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business objectives and challenges. 3. Proven track record of leading analytics projects from inception to completion, delivering tangible business results. 4. Design and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth and efficiency 5. Provide strategic recommendations and actionable insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization 6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 8. Working knowledge of SQL/Python/MS Excel
