Data Analyst

Support planning, governance, tracking, and delivery management of Data Technology initiatives across Data Engineering, Data Governance, Offer campaign management, Azure Data Platform, Regulatory Reporting.

Drive project governance, stakeholder coordination, release planning, risk management, reporting, and PMO operations using Azure DevOps, Microsoft 365, Power BI, and project management methodologies to ensure timely and successful delivery of strategic Data Technology initiatives.

• Support end-to-end governance of Data Technology projects, enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
• Track project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across multiple Data Technology workstreams.
• Create and maintain project schedules, logs, action trackers, status reports, and governance dashboards.
• Coordinate with Business, Product, Risk, Data Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, and Vendor teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Manage Azure DevOps user stories, epics, features, sprint tracking, release plans, and closure reports.
• Facilitate requirement review meetings, sprint ceremonies, project reviews, and stakeholder governance forums.
• Monitor project health indicators including timelines, resource utilization, risks, defects, UAT progress, and production readiness.
• Support release management activities including deployment planning, approvals, release tracking, and communication management.
• Prepare executive-level MIS, project status reports for end to end monitoring.
• Assist in maintaining project documentation including BRDs, FSDs, HLDs, LLDs, SOPs, Knowledge Base documents, and governance records.
• Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives across Data Technology projects.
• Support implementation and tracking of Data Technology OKRs, KPIs, and strategic roadmap initiatives.

• Prioritize project activities and governance actions within approved project plans.
• Identify risks, dependencies, potential delays, and escalation requirements.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance project tracking and governance effectiveness.
• Validate completeness of project documentation and delivery readiness checkpoints.
• Support leadership with data-driven insights for project status and resource planning decisions.
• No direct revenue or PL responsibility. Accountable for project governance, reporting accuracy, delivery tracking, and adherence to project timelines.

• Managing multiple concurrent Data Technology projects with competing priorities and aggressive timelines.
• Coordinating across diverse stakeholder groups including Business, Risk, Data Engineering, Product, and Architecture teams.
• Tracking dependencies across applications, interfaces, infrastructure, data platforms, and external vendors.
• Maintaining governance visibility across large-scale Data Transformation and AI initiatives.
• Ensuring timely escalation and resolution of project risks, blockers, and resource constraints.
• Managing frequent requirement changes while maintaining project delivery commitments.

• 2-4 years of experience in PMO, Project Coordination, Project Management, Business Analysis, Technology Delivery, or Data Technology functions.
• Experience working in IT, Analytics, Data Engineering, Digital Transformation, or BFSI environments preferred.
