Purpose of the Role

To support aftermarket business growth by monitoring dealer/distributor performance, analyzing sales data, preparing MIS reports, and coordinating with channel partners for effective implementation of sales and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and review dealer/distributor business performance on a regular basis.
• Analyze parts business data and prepare sales performance reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate with dealers, distributors, and internal stakeholders for aftermarket sales activities.
• Drive implementation of business enhancement and dealer development programs.
• Conduct dealer/distributor audits and compliance reviews as per defined management parameters.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports for parts business tracking and management review.
• Support sales planning, forecasting, and inventory-related analysis.
• Ensure timely closure of dealer concerns and provide operational support.

Required Knowledge & Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of Channel Sales, Dealer Management, and Retail Sales.
• Knowledge of Parts Business and Aftermarket Operations.
• Experience in MIS reporting and business analytics.
• Good analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
