JOB - DATA ANALYSIS
Location: Hyderabad & Bangalore

Experience - Minimum 5yrs in Data Analytics
Shift: Rotational Night Shift

Qualification - BTECH/MTECH/CSE

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred (Max 20 Days)
Salary: As per market standards and last drawn CTC

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain dashboards for business insights and reporting.
• Develop and automate data processes using SQL and Python.
• Generate actionable insights to support business decisions.
• Analyze performance metrics and KPIs using Google Sheets/Excel.
• Implement new operational workflows leveraging AI automation tools.
• Ensure on-time delivery and accuracy of data, dashboards, and reports.
• Present findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in dashboard creation, SQL, and Python automation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical reasoning abilities.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Experience with Google Sheets/Excel for metrics and KPI calculations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects efficiently.
• Experience in implementing AI-driven operational workflows.
• Commitment to accuracy and timely delivery of deliverables.
• Effective stakeholder communication and presentation skills.

Additional Information:

• Candidates must be open to rotational night shifts.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred (maximum 20 days notice period).
• Salary hike will be in line with market standards and based on last drawn CTC.
