Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

1. Funnel Monitoring:
• Regularly monitor hygiene parameters multiple times throughout the day.
• Proactively identify and address delays in the turnaround time (TAT) for loan disbursal to enhance operational efficiency.
2. Reconciliation:
• Conduct various types of reconciliations post-loan disbursal to ensure that our systems (Partner Books and MV Book) remain aligned.
• Identify discrepancies and work towards resolution in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
3. MIS Report Sharing:
• Prepare and distribute daily MIS reports to partners, ensuring they have the necessary insights for decision-making.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
4. TAT Analysis:
• Analyze turnaround times regularly to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the team to implement strategies to optimize TAT.
5. Loan Closure:
• Oversee the loan closure process, ensuring a smooth transition once complete payment is received against the loan.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure accurate documentation and compliance during the closure process.
6. Coordinate with Partners:
• Liaise with partners to streamline processes and ensure all parties are aligned throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners to facilitate effective communication and resolve any issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in loan operations or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting tools.
