About this role
We are looking for a motivated and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about working with data and want to build a career in analytics and business intelligence.
The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in data analysis, problem-solving, and data visualization, along with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies. You will work with different teams to collect, clean, analyze, and present data in a clear and meaningful way.
Key Responsibilities - Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Write SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations for business teams.
- Work with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical requirements.
- Perform data validation and identify inconsistencies or quality issues.
- Support business teams with data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and well-documented reports and datasets.
- Assist in developing and improving recurring reports and dashboards.
- Communicate analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Learn and apply new analytics tools and techniques as required.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Basic understanding of statistics and data analysis concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Understanding of databases and relational data concepts.
