Role Overview:

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, generating insights, and providing data-driven solutions. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to support data-centric decisions in CRM solutions for automotive, BFSI, and customer service industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering teams to design data-driven strategies.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Perform predictive analytics and statistical analysis to forecast trends.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all platforms.
• Communicate insights to stakeholders clearly and effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within SaaS or CRM sectors.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in data analytics and reporting.
• Knowledge of AI-powered analytics tools.
