About this role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze sales, revenue, product and branch performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS and performance reports.
- Track targets vs achievement, sales trends and key business KPIs.
- Support sales strategy and business planning through data insights.
- Identify performance gaps, growth opportunities and improvement areas.
- Create clear reports and dashboards using Excel.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Required
- Advanced Excel - Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, charts and dashboards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of sales data, KPIs and sales strategy
Minimum 1 year of experience in Data Analytics / Sales Analytics /
Added Advantage
- Power BI knowledge
- Experience in FMCG or Healthcare
- Exposure to sales strategy and performance analysis
Experience handling multi-branch or large sales datasets
