About this role
Educational Qualification
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- MBA (Finance/Operations/Analytics) preferred.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Business Analytics, MIS, Operations Analytics, Data Analysis, or Performance Management.
- Experience in infrastructure, ports, logistics, manufacturing, energy, or large corporate environments preferred.
Data Analysis Reporting
- Collect, validate, and analyze operational and business data from various sources.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Generate analytical reports and presentations for management reviews.
- Track business performance against targets and budgets.
- Support variance analysis and root cause identification.
- Assist in preparing business forecasts and performance projections.
- Provide insights to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.
- Support automation and digitization initiatives.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data collection and validation.
- Support management reviews, audits, and business meetings.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and business updates.
- Maintain data integrity across business systems.
- Support ERP, BI tools, and reporting platforms.
- Assist in developing dashboards using Power BI, Excel, or other analytics tools.
- Timely and accurate MIS reports.
- Business performance dashboards.
- Data-driven insights and recommendations.
- KPI monitoring and trend analysis.
- Process improvement initiatives and tracking.
