About this role
Role & responsibilities
• Manage, monitor, and deliver energy/utility data to customers
• Support customer onboarding and process setup
• Track and validate data accuracy
• Prepare reports and monitor process performance
• Handle troubleshooting and escalations
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers
Preferred candidate profile
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Strong MS Excel skills Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.
• Experience with tracking, monitoring, and reporting tools
• Data Analysis experience preferred
• Experience in Finance / Billing / Payments / Energy is an advantage
• SQL / Database knowledge is an added advantage
