Data Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is passionate about working with data, uncovering insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Role & responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders
• Assist in preparing presentations summarizing analysis and findings
• Support senior analysts and cross-functional teams with ad hoc data requests
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract data from databases
• Ensure data integrity and flag inconsistencies or anomalies
• Document processes, methodologies, and analysis workflows
• Collaborate with business, product, and marketing teams to understand data needs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 01 year of relevant experience (internships, academic projects, or certifications acceptable)
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL
• Familiarity with a data visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio)
• Understanding of statistical concepts (mean, median, standard deviation, correlation, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of Python or R is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills to present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
