Data Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our E-commerce Sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in data analysis, reporting, dashboard creation, and sales performance tracking using Advanced Excel and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, customer, and product performance data to generate actionable business insights.
• Create and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
• Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI.
• Utilize Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Index-Match, Formulas, Data Validation, etc.) for data analysis and reporting.
• Develop and maintain Excel Macros/VBA automation to streamline reporting processes.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and impactful data presentations.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.

Required Skills

• 2-3 years of experience in Data Analytics, MIS, or Business Analytics.
• Strong hands-on experience in Advanced Excel.
• Proficiency in Power BI dashboard development and reporting.
• Experience in Excel Macros/VBA automation.
• Strong data visualization and presentation skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
