Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources, including Zoho, CRM, ERP

systems, and internal databases.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or

Zoho Analytics.

• Identify business trends and opportunities by analyzing sales, marketing, finance, and

operational data.

• Collaborate with departments to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Create and automate data pipelines using SQL, scripts, or integration tools.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across Zoho, CRM, and ERP platforms.
• Work with IT and business users to optimize data flow and system performance across

platforms.

• Track KPIs and provide analytical support for strategic initiatives.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and data-driven manner.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business,

or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, and ERP systems.
• Strong proficiency in Advance SQL (CTE, Window Functions, Subqueries & Joins), data manipulation in Excel, and data visualization tools.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
