Data Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain complex data models using Profisee to support business intelligence initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and create reports that provide actionable insights.
• Develop automated reporting solutions using Power BI or Tableau to reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy.
• Ensure master data management processes are effective by implementing Mongodb databases and performing regular quality checks.

Job Requirements :

• 5-8 years of experience in a similar role within the BFSI industry.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming language with expertise in Pyspark for big data processing.
• Experience working with Master Data Management (MDM) tools such as Profisee for managing large datasets.
