Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented freshers to join our team as Data Analysts. The role involves working with data, preparing reports, maintaining records, and supporting the team with accurate data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and maintain data from different sources.
• Enter and verify data accurately in Excel and internal systems.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Analyze data to identify basic trends and discrepancies.
• Create Excel reports and dashboards as required.
• Perform data validation and maintain data accuracy.
• Support senior team members with data analysis and reporting.
• Maintain proper records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and verification.

Required Skills

• Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Understanding of formulas, sorting, filtering, and Pivot Tables is preferred.
• Good analytical and logical thinking.
• Good attention to detail.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of Advanced Excel, SQL, or Power BI will be an advantage.
