Data Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with strong analytical and business skills to analyze data, build metrics and dashboards, generate actionable insights, and support business decision-making. The candidate should be comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Analytics.
• Strong hands-on experience in SQL and complex query building.
• Experience in data visualization and dashboard development using Tableau, Qlik, or AWS QuickSight.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for data analysis/scripting.
• Experience with statistical and predictive analysis, including:
• Time-series forecasting
• Regression
• Classification
• Clustering
• Strong understanding of KPIs, metrics, business reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to translate business requirements into data analysis, dashboards, and actionable insights.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and align KPIs and business metrics with cross-functional teams.
• Gather requirements and manage analytics projects end-to-end.
• Write complex SQL queries and analyze large datasets.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions for business and leadership teams.
• Perform statistical and causal analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Generate actionable insights and present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work with Product, Business, Finance, and other teams to support data-driven decision-making.
• Manage multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery and quality.
