We are looking for a datadata based in Bangalore, India, to join our team and support process optimization and business intelligence efforts across the organization. In this role, the person will translate data into actionable insights, helping teams make faster, better-informed decisions while continuously improving how work gets done. Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Identify opportunities to streamline intake demand, eli analyst analystminate non-value-added steps, and standardize processes to enhance compliance, improve
• Track and report on key performance indicators (cycle time, adoption, efficiency gains, and user satisfaction) to demonstrate value realization and inform continuous improvement.
• Delivers analytics metrics & dashboard, including, but not limited to, RFP, Supplier, Contracts, Cashflow, Spend, Savin Market Intelligence, andIntelligence, andIntelligence, and Costhe matrixlligence to successfully achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate effectively across matrix environmentd build strong partnerships and good interpersonal, presentation, communication & negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
• Very well versed with business, data and technical language to connect processes, tools & data

Requirements:

• Collaborate effectively across matrix environment, build strong partnerships and good interpersonal, presentation, communication & negotiation skills
• Experience building/tracking KPIs: cycle time, spend, savings, cost intelligence, market intelligence
• Familiarity with procurement/contract lifecycle tool (CLM systems, RFP/sourcing platforms) nic to have
• Process improvement mindset Lean/Six Sigma expos is a plus
